Sujoy is a Business Leader and Senior Logistician, with over 30 years of business experience in India and International geographies, across the spectrum of the Logistics Industry. Starting his career with ONGC and HCL, he has held leadership roles in Express and SCM domain with TNT in India and International Regions and was the CEO of Sequel Logistics. Sujoy is a mechanical engineer from National Institute of Technology (NIT Calicut) and post-graduate in Business Management from Warwick University, UK.

Samir has held leadership roles in Logistics and Express distribution with Blue Dart Express, TNT, Sequel Logistics and Startrek. He has extensive multi-geography experience in Operations Management of International and Domestic Express distribution by Air and Surface, 3PL Contract Management and Freight Forwarding. Samir is a post-graduate in Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune and post-graduation in Operations Optimisation & SCM from Tilburg University, Amsterdam.

Apoorv serves as the Deputy CEO, based at our Bangalore Head Office, and plays a key role in driving the company’s growth and operational excellence. An MBA graduate, he brings over 10 years of leadership experience across renowned organizations such as P&G, Amazon, and Shadowfax. Apoorv specializes in operations strategy, supply chain design, manufacturing, warehouse automation, network optimization, greenfield launches, and rapid scale-up initiatives, with a strong focus on building high-performing, people-centric teams.

Hitesh is a supply chain professional and comes with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles in verticals like Information computing and Telecom, Auto and Industrial and After-market supply chain while he worked in companies like Blue Dart, FedEx, TNT, Tata Logistics (DIESL) and TVS Logistics. He also handles Supply Chain Solutions, Implementation and Service Quality. Hitesh has a Bachelor of Science degree from Bangalore University an MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University.

Harish serves as the Finance Controller, based at our Bangalore Head Office, and works closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen the company’s financial operations and governance. A qualified Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of experience, he has previously worked with Design Cafe, Brick & Bolt, and Shadowfax. Harish brings deep expertise in financial planning, taxation (direct and indirect), internal financial controls, compliance, audits, investor relations, board reporting, and business finance, and has a strong track record of building and scaling high-performing finance teams.

Abhishek serves as the Head of Human Resources, based in Bangalore, and works closely with all functions to support business growth through effective and people-centric workforce management. He holds a B.Tech and an MBA, bringing a strong blend of expertise across technology-driven HR, workforce planning, process excellence, and people-first leadership. With 8 years of experience across diverse HR roles, Abhishek has previously worked with Motilal Oswal, Piramal Finance, and Shadowfax, and specializes in talent management, benefits administration, learning and development, and HR business partnering.

Smitha Pillai in our Management Team as Head of Customer Service and as a part of the CriticaLog family. She has been involved with logistics and Supply Chain for the last 20+ years in various capacities. She has worked in Customer Service, Business Development and Key Account management. She has also tried her hand in entrepreneurship for a brief period. As we rapidly grow, her expertise is in managing large accounts, driving strategic solutions and building strong client relationships will re-establish our reputation as a customer-centric organization with ability to wow our customers. Smitha is a B.Sc graduate with MBA in International Business.

Sireesh Beemineni is an accomplished technology and engineering leader with over two decades of experience in driving software engineering, product development, and large-scale digital transformation across logistics, fintech, e-commerce, and enterprise platforms. He has held senior leadership positions at reputed organizations including XpressBees, NetApp, Accenture, CSC, CarTrade, and Impelsys, where he consistently delivered scalable, secure, and business-critical technology solutions. In his role, Sireesh leads IT strategy, enterprise systems, platform architecture, integrations, and operational excellence, with a strong focus on ERP platforms, automation, regulatory compliance, and high-availability systems. He brings deep expertise in end-to-end logistics platforms, real-time tracking solutions, automated billing engines, and API-driven integrations with external partners and government portals. Sireesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from JNT University, Hyderabad, and an MBA in Finance from Madras University, Chennai.

Suresh is a seasoned pharma and healthcare logistics leader with over 20 years of experience in life sciences supply chain management, temperature-controlled logistics, air freight, and global tradelane development. He holds a Degree in Business Administration and a Postgraduate qualification in Marketing Management, equipping him with strong expertise in strategic growth, market expansion, and customer-centric solutions. As the Head – Pharma & Healthcare at CriticaLog India Private Limited, Suresh leads the development of compliant, efficient, and scalable pharmaceutical logistics solutions aligned with GDP, regulatory, and quality standards. His role focuses on building resilient cold chain networks, specialized healthcare logistics models, and bespoke supply chain solutions that ensure product integrity, reliability, and speed across domestic and international markets.
